Research and development
Our in-house experts are dedicated to finding the solution to your decal requirements with our material research and development. We understand the critical importance of protecting your brand integrity and adhering to stringent safety requirements, no matter the external conditions your product may be exposed to. All materials which are used as part of Gate 7 standards are subjected to extensive testing to ensure that they can withstand the harsh environments that your machinery is subjected to and that they comply with global standards for 5 – 7-year outdoor life.
This includes colour matching and testing for UV weather resistance, chemical resistance, dimensional stability and more.
What’s more, as part of our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, we are always researching new materials and substrates.
Stock holding, warehousing and inventory management
To help our customers meet short lead times, streamline processes and save on valuable warehouse and storage space, we offer stockholding, inventory management and warehousing services for our print components. This allows us to operate to Just-in-Time delivery and supply direct to customer lines. Meaning, our customers can simply call on their stock as and when it is needed.
Quality assurance
You can be confident that quality is of paramount important to us as our all of our substrates having undergone thorough testing to relevant ANSI and ASTM. We can also provide our customers with PPAP documentation, if and when they require it.
We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and our QMS is embedded into our ‘Quality First’ culture.
Design
Our in-house design team will work closely with you to make sure our decals will be suitable for your production process and your end user requirements. We will support your team to ensure efficiency of application and the best quality results throughout your process.
Packaging and logistics
We tailor the packaging of our decals to suit the needs of your goods in process. We work closely with your team to ensure swift processing of your orders from our dispatch to your goods in and that we use sustainable packaging wherever possible.
Expert advice and consultancy
We offer a range of expert advice and support services. This includes brand application and functionality advice from our artwork engineers; installation and application guidance; and working with our customers to identify ways to reduce their carbon footprint and non-recyclable. We also offer project management, delivered from concept through to finished product.
