The materials we use to support the construction sector
We have an intricate understanding of the harsh conditions that construction plant and vehicle decals and printed components need to withstand in order to maintain brand integrity. All our substrates have undergone rigorous testing to relevant ANSI and ASTM, and we can provide PPAP documentation which means you can be confident in their quality and longevity.
Products can be created on a variety of base materials from our Superior Engineered Vinyl (SEV) and self-adhesive vinyl to provide the flexibility and durability required. Whilst our polyester, polycarbonate and polypropylene decals are more widely used in environments exposed to high temperatures, UV and chemicals.
In addition, our stainless steel and anodized aluminium decals can provide durability, corrosion resistance as well as being lightweight and offering aesthetic appeal.
We are proud to work with global organisations such as Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe), Kuhn, Komatsu, Volvo Construction Equipment, Yanmar and Bobcat. Gate 7 is also a supplier of Caterpillar Inc. in the UK, Belgium, France and Italy for safety, livery and branding decals.
