Keith Wickham

Company Chairman

Keith, our founder, established Gate 7 in 2000 and he has since driven our growth and expansion into the USA. Keith, who has worked with some of our customers since the mid-1990s and has more than fifty years’ experience in the printing industry, is still actively involved in Gate 7’s future plans and strategies as our Company Chairman.

Harry Wickham

Managing Director

Harry, who joined us in 2016 in a business development role, has worked on our internal operations and future strategy. “Productive team dynamics, dedication to manufacturing excellence and a problem-solving mindset have powered Gate 7 from day one. My role is exciting, the future is bright and as a team Gate7 is ready to take on the challenges our aspirations set.”

Sophie Kavanagh

Commercial Director

Sophie, who joined the Gate 7 team in 2012, spearheads all our commercial operations. Sophie has an in depth understanding of our operations, customers and specialist capabilities having held a breadth of roles at Gate 7, including customer service and account management roles, prior to working her way up to the role of Commercial Director.

Chris McGough

Operations Director

Chris, who has worked for Gate 7 since 2018, is responsible for the operations of our UK site. He brings decades of manufacturing experience to his role having worked for Black & Decker, Electrolux, Sanyo and Berco. In addition, Chris utilises his Lean Manufacturing Techniques training to the benefit of our processes and our customers.

Quentin Caisley

Finance Director

Quentin, who joined our team in 2005, is the Financial Director at Gate 7. An experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (1992), Quentin has overall responsibility for the financial strategy and management of all Gate 7 Group companies.

John Reay

Executive Vice President

John started with Gate 7 as one of the three original directors and in 2008, he relocated to set up manufacturing in the US. Today, John successfully manages our US operation and has built excellent relationships with our US customers.

James Ruddick

Financial Controller

James, who joined Gate 7 in 2023, is our Financial Controller. James is an experienced Qualified Accountant with experience spanning several sectors including manufacturing and travel. James is an avid Finance Business Partner and is focused on integrating finance into the wider team.

Pranay Kollipara

Project Manager

An experienced Project Manager, Pranay is leading the establishment of our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in India. With a strong background in project management, he brings strategic insights to Gate 7 to serve our South East Asia customer base. He is committed to operational excellence and expansion.
