A global supplier with a local presence – exploring Gate 7’s worldwide capabilities

This year we’re celebrating our 25th anniversary – a momentous occasion for our family run operation that has grown from six to 120 staff spanning three sites worldwide.

During this time, we’re extremely proud of the investment we’ve made in expanding our facilities to serve customers globally. And to do this whilst maintaining the same high quality and standards across all three sites which cover Europe, North America and most recently, Asia, is a real testament to the strength of our team and operations.

Across our sites and teams, we’ve worked hard to ensure that our values are at the heart of all of our operations. Which first and foremost dictate that we will deliver quality solutions which add value to our customers.

We achieve this through our adherence to standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 which demonstrate our commitment to quality and environmental management. As well as our unparalleled service we deliver to customers through open communication, continuous improvement and providing expert guidance to each and every customer.

Our decals also go through rigorous material testing (ANSI / ASTM) to ensure they meet the needs of our customers and are durable and long-lasting.

 

One quality brand – delivered across three facilities

Through strategic investment, we’re able to deliver customers access to our worldwide operations to benefit their specific requirements. Whether this is through the use of latex inks, which have zero hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), cutting-edge digital printing or print finishing options that enhance product durability and aesthetics.

All of our facilities are aligned in delivering high-quality products and services in a timely manner. We even use the same high-quality materials across all of our facilities to ensure consistency.

We’re also able to support customers in meeting short lead times, streamlining processes and save on storage space, by offering stockholding, inventory management and warehousing services for our print components. Enabling us to operate to Just-In-Time delivery and supply direct to customer lines.

No matter which facility you work with, our account and customer teams work hard to deliver a personal approach to ensure that your products are delivered as specified. And this same personal touch and interaction is something that stretches across how we work with our suppliers and network. It helps us to guarantee a robust supply chain that meets our standards, enhances production capacity and reduces lead times.

By working closely with suppliers and partners and wider networks we ensure that we provide a voice for the industry and for our customers. Recently, our managing director, Harry Wickham, was invited to be part of a government trade delegation to India. It was a fantastic opportunity that enabled us to demonstrate our knowledge of working within the region and we are excited to see how the new trade deal will help us to unlock new opportunities, break down barriers and drive growth.
