The materials we use
We have an intricate understanding of the harsh conditions your plant and vehicle decals and printed components need to withstand to maintain brand integrity. All our substrates have undergone rigorous testing to relevant ANSI and ASTM, and we can provide PPAP documentation which means you can be confident in their quality and longevity.
Products can be created on a variety of base materials from our Superior Engineered Vinyl and self-adhesive vinyl to polyester, polycarbonate and polypropylene. In addition, we can also provide printed stainless steel and anodized aluminium.
We are proud to work with global organisations such as Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe), Kuhn, Komatsu, Yanmar and Bobcat. Gate 7 is also a supplier of Caterpillar Inc. in the UK, Belgium, France and Italy for safety, livery and branding decals.
